New Patient Acupuncture appointments include a detailed health history, acupuncture, and any adjunctive therapies indicated for your case including massage, cupping, moxabustion, and herbal formulation. 

For those who prefer not to travel for any reason, including:

• Prenatal 

• Postpartum

• Injury or illness

After we've gotten to know each other a little better at your first visit, we get to spend more time resting with needles or using other techniques and therapies.

The profound and nuanced process of working with psilocybin in this way is best done with a knowledgeable guide. You will be in good hands!

In person or online, this consult lasts a half hour and gives you the opportunity to talk about whether or not microdosing is right for you at this time. We will consider your current life circumstances and goals as well as any medicines that you are currently taking, past and present experience with psychedelics, entheogens, and empathogens, as well as discuss sourcing the medicine.

Follow up guidance sessions also offered

In these sessions I will determine what your body needs in the moment and use a combination of shiatsu, swedish, and craniosacral work to help bring your body into balance. 

Have a complex or acute condition and aren't quite sure which way to turn? These in-person or virtual appointments will give us time to determine together what modality - i.e. western medicine, acupuncture, herbs, massage, chiropractic, naturopathy- would be most beneficial for you at this time. I will give referrals to other experienced practitioners or valuable resources as well as advice on navigating the mainstream medical system.
